Although you can apply these principles to any type project, I have focused on software quality management plans because it is both common and difficult to do on your own.

What is Quality Management?
It all boils down to quality management. How you ensure that everything you create is valuable and maintained well. If implemented well, quality management can be seen in all phases and roles of a given project.
Understanding quality management is key to understanding what “quality” means. Two key aspects of quality management are:
High Quality Product
This is your actual tangible product. This could be your app, the design prototypes you and your team created, or the code documentation that your developers wrote.
Process Quality
We are project managers responsible for creating and maintaining processes. Quality management requires us to consider the impact of our processes on our team’s ability deliver results. This can be measured using metrics such as velocity.
Why is Quality Management Important?
It is a great idea to support quality management in a typical project.
These benefits include:
1. Deliver a quality product
Quality management will make your team’s work more reliable and better. You will make your end-users happier and more satisfied by what you have been able to deliver.
2. Reduce Overhead
Integrating quality management into your work ensures that quality is present at all stages. Because the process, plan and alignment are stable and may include contingencies, there is less room to make mistakes. This leaves your team with more freedom to achieve great results.
3. Your Team’s delivery speed can be increased
A healthier pace will produce better results, which builds trust with your stakeholders and users. Your team is known for its consistent quality and reliability, and can be trusted to continue doing so.
4. Increase Collaboration and Review
Quality is an integral part of every phase. Everyone has a role. All team members play a key role in ensuring that the project is of the highest standard.
