HP has launched a new HPE SAW Certification

This fall, HP launches brand HPE-ATP – Service Anywhere V1 certification. This Credential is designed to assess candidates’ knowledge and ability to integrate HPE Solutions with HPE Service Anywhere (SAW).
This certification is for IT professionals (system administrators or IT consultants) who deal with SAW customers. It allows them to show, compose, manage, and customize solutions that reflect changes in the IT industry and IT Service Management within cloud, mobility and social business. To pass the certification, candidates must take the Configuring HPE Service Everywhere HPE0-M76 exam.
The HPE ATP-Service Anywhere V1 Certification allows candidates the ability to adapt to rapidly changing IT industries, gain deep understanding of SAW technologies and help your company compare to its competitors.
This certification confirms that you are able to get started with HPE Service Anywhere. It also allows you to identify and describe how it is used, configured, and administered. You can also learn how to integrate SAW into major HPE solutions.
You can become SAW certified to prove that you are knowledgeable about SAW integration with the latest IT Industry updates, are skilled in key SAW processes, functionality of its modules and know SAW dashboards and records, and are able manage SAW bodies and integrate various technologies and options.
The HPE0-M76 exam is proctored and administered at Pearson VUE testing centres. You can schedule and book it online. Registering for the Pearson VUE test requires that the candidate also provide his HPE Learner Id, which can be found online at HPE Learning Center. You can cancel or reschedule the exam for an additional fee.
The English Exam is 1 hour 10 minutes long and contains 70 questions. The required passing score for the exam is 69%. There are multiple types of questions, including single, multiple-choice, drag-n drop, matching, and drag-n-drop questions. The Exam results will be available via email within two to five business days. Your status in the HPE learning center will also change to “acquired” automatically after the exam.
The Exam consists of five main parts:
Get started with SAW (13%)
Candidats should be able to demonstrate their knowledge of SAW, including the latest IT updates and key processes.
Use SAW (27%)
This section examines the candidates’ knowledge of the user interface, SAW modules, their support, and their performance, dashboards, and reports.
Configuring SAW (29%)
This section tests exam-taker’s skills in SAW records configuration, Service Catalog configuration and entitlement rules. It also examines composition of surveys.
Administration of SAW (17%)
Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability in tenancy administration, data import, service levels, and time periods management.
Integration of SAW (14%)
You will need to show your knowledge and skills in integration technologies and options.
Exam Preparation
Although there are no prerequisites for certification, applicants should have at least six months’ experience with SAW (use and configuration SAW solutions) and have completed the HPE exam training course.
