Dragan is my name and I am the Team Leader for the Sales department. My name is Dragan and I’m the Team Leader of the Sales department. We are an e-commerce company that sells goods on many EU marketplaces such as Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
Although this was manageable at first, organizational problems began to arise as we grew our business and team and our daily tasks increased. It was difficult to track down who was working on what tasks, when, and how often. Some of these tasks were missed, forgotten or completed later than expected due to the amount of work involved. Sometimes, it is possible to forget, miss, or find the right information when you need it. Automation, time tracking, and analysis are all available to help.
ActiveCollab addressed all of these issues by providing the ability to log time for each task. This allows us to track and analyse how much time was spent on each assignment for each team member. The “Time Legacy” feature allows us to download reports and import them into spreadsheets for future analysis. The “Recurring Tasks” feature allows us to automatically create repetitive tasks whenever and wherever we want them. The team and management have many of them. This makes it easy to ensure that everyone is on the same page about the task or project. This allows us to have all the information we need (task descriptions, spreadsheets deadlines, conversations and ideas, etc.) in one place. This is a revelation
Our day-today business has improved dramatically as our team is more organized and efficient. This tool was a revelation not only for the managers but also for their team.
